We offer riding experiences from 2 to 7 days, giving you the opportunity to explore the beautiful Derbyshire countryside on horseback. Ride off-road through ancient woodland, open fields, country parks and spectacular limestone gorges, with stunning views and a variety of routes to enjoy along the way

Our centre provides direct access to bridleways, meaning you can ride straight from the yard and spend your time enjoying the countryside rather than travelling to your riding destination. with numerous routes available, we can create a varied itinerary so you can experience something different each day.

There are two routes for our 5 hour picninc trek (Experienced riders only):-

Creswell Crags

Venture through the middle of the historic Creswell Crags, which is a limestone gorge dotted with caves dating back to the Ice Age. 

Shirebrook Woods​ 

Experience quiet bridlepaths lined with pine trees and far reaching views.

We can also incorporate these day rides into a riding holiday so that you have a different route each day. 

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced/experienced rider, we can tailor a package to your needs.

We can help you to choose the most suitable accommodation and make your holiday one to remember. Whether you prefer to stay in one of the local Relaxing Spa Hotels and enjoy a luxurious spa experience, a Log Cabin maybe with a Hot Tub, a budget hotel or prefer a more outdoor approach and want a local Camp site. Whatever your preference or budget we can point you in the right direction and help you to find just what you are looking for.

If you fancy a morning ride then spot of lunch before coming back for an afternoon trek we have some lovely local eateries nearby too.
