DEPOSITS & BOOKING POLICY/PROCEDURE

Information Required on Booking
To enable us to book you in we will ask you for your full names, heights, weights & mobile number.
We will also need to know your riding abilities. Please see categories below:-
Complete Beginner (will need to be led on foot)
Able to walk independently (without being led)
Able to walk & trot or walk independently (without being led)
Able Walk, trot and canter
Advanced rider, able to walk, trot, canter,gallop & jump
Additional information required for Children
We will also need answers to the following questions for booking children in:-
How long has the child been riding and what frequency?
How many times has the child ridden outside of a school before?
Were they led on foot when they rode outside of a school?
Did they ride during lockdown?
What paces are they proficient in?
Once we have confirmed your booking we will send a link via text to enable you to pay the deposit.
If your mobile phone is a none UK mobile then we will need to email you a link to enable you to pay the deposit via Paypal.
The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
We require full payment up front by bank transfer for the following type of treks
Group bookings of 7 or more people
One to one private/tuition treks
2.5hour & 3 hour Treks
Afternoon Tea Treks
Deposits and full payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and full payment will be requested if you do not turn up on the day or if you decide not to ride on arrival.
We require 48 hours notice to rearrange any bookings, if this is not received then you will loose the deposit or full payment.
We ask that you turn up half an hour prior to the set off time of the trek.The balance is to be paid in cash on the day as we do not have a card machine.
